Results of OUAT 2016 common entrance exam is announced by the Orissa University of Agriculture Technology for admission to UG, PG and Doctoral Courses for this session 2016. The merit list is prepared based on weighted score for Admission into different UG Courses of respective streams.

1. SELF ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES OF DOCUMENTS TO BE ENCLOSED WITH FORM ‘B’ (As relevant in individual cases)
2. Mark sheet and Certificate of 10th showing date of Birth.
3. Mark sheet and Certificate of +2 Science.
4. SC / ST / Green Card / Ph. Handicapped certificate from the competent authority for the respective reserved category.
5. Residential certificate.
6. One passport size photograph as used in Form ‘A’-cum-Admit Card .
7. Certificates /Documents relating to Special Claims like Sports / NCC / NSS.
8. In case of NRI Candidates, all the documents as per clause-3.6 (Annexure-III).>
9. Certificate as proof of OUAT employee from Head of the Institution (Annexure –V).
10. Permanent Residential Certificate for Western Odisha.
